Do you provide references if require?
Yes, we do.

How long will it take you to find me a cleaning team? 
We can find one in the same day. However if that’s not possible, the whole process could take up to 3 days.

Can I choose the day the cleaners come? 
Yes , you can do that.

Can I have the same cleaners every week? 
If you are satisfied with the job they do, you can have the same team every week. We will replace them just in case of illness or holidayif you agree to that.

Can I cancel a booking at any time? 
Yes you can do that.

Do I have to pay a cancellation fee? 
No, you don’t have to pay any fee at all.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. At Best Of Cleaning any service we undertake is contract free.

Can I freeze service if I am away? 
Yes, you can do that. Just let us know, by telephone, text, or via email, how long you’ll be away and when you would like the cleaners to go back to work.

Will I be charged for freezing the service? 
No, there is no charge for that

Are there any hidden costs?
No, the cost of our services is previously discussed with you at the time of booking.


Who provides the cleaning materials and equipment? 
We provide the cleaning materials and equipment, however if you have any special materials that you would like us to use , we’ll be more than happy to do that.

Are there any extra charges I have to pay ? 
No, there are no extra charges .What you use is what you pay for and that is the rate for the cleaning service you have booked.


Do you guarantee your services?
We guarantee you a satisfactory result. However if you are not happy with the result, we will re-clean the disputed areas free of charge.
